Indiana: Flags to be Flown at Half-Staff to Honor Hurley Goodall

INDIANAPOLIS, IN (STL.News) Governor Eric J. Holcomb is directing flags in Delaware County to be flown at half-staff in honor and remembrance for former Indiana state representative Hurley Goodall.

Per the President’s order, flags should be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Sunday, May 23, 2021.

Gov. Holcomb also asks businesses and residents in Delaware County to lower their flags to half-staff on Sunday.
